Attorney Referrals

Our office has represented hundreds of individuals who have sustained traumatic brain injuries. The unique aspects of traumatic brain injury cases requires an attorney who has the knowledge and experience to successfully represent those with TBI.

For the last thirty years, attorneys from Massachusetts and nationwide have referred clients with TBI and other catastrophic injuries to the Law Office of Kenneth I. Kolpan, P.C. because of our concentration in this area and knowledge of medical experts and resources.

When a referral is appropriate, our firm enters in to a Referral Arrangement with the referring attorney, as permitted under the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct. Clients are fully informed regarding the referral arrangement. Referring counsel's active involvement is welcomed during the litigation.
