August 5, 2014: Ken Kolpan is Chairing the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Brain Injury Seminar. I will be speaking on "Handling the Brain Injury Case".

March 26, 2014: Attorney Kolpan was the Co-Chair of the North American Brain Injury Society 27th Annual Legal Conference. I spoke on, "Representing the Person with a Traumatic Brain Injury from Interview to Trial".

Attorney Kolpan will again be the Co-Chairman of the North American Brain Injury Society's 26th Annual Legal Conference in New Orleans, LA on September18-21, 2013. Attorney Kolpan will also speak at this Conference which is the largest legal conference on traumatic brain injury litigation. Attorney Kolpan and Attorney Simon Forgette of Seattle, WA first started the Conference twenty five years ago under the auspices of the Brain Injury Association of American (formerly the National Head Injury Foundation).

Attorney Kolpan is Chairman of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE's) seminar on Traumatic Brain Injuries and Psychological Disorders. Attorney Kolpan will also present at this seminar which will be held in in Boston, Mass. on June 20, 2013 and broadcast via a webinar.

Attorney Kolpan was a featured speaker at SEAK's Annual Conference, "Advanced IME Training" in Falmouth, Massachusetts on June 28-29, 2012. Attorney Kolpan pressented a two day workshop on "How to be an Effective Medical Expert Witness". Attorney Kolpan co-taught the workshop with Attorney James Mangraviti. Workshop attendees were medical experts from across the country.
